Located about 14 kilometers from the capital Pigadia, in the east of the island of Karpathos, Kyra Panagia is a beautiful white-sand and smooth-pebble beach with crystalline waters that lies in a small cove right among the mountains. The beach can be reached easily by car or motorbike via a good road. There are a number of tavernas, mini markets and apartments to stay while umbrellas and sun beds are available for rent.
